Character logistic slots allows the player to order items from the Logistic network. This works exactly like the Requester chest. The requested items will be delivered by the Logistic robots, as long as the character is inside a logistic network.

Factorio is probably the best technical interview we have right now, and that's embarassing. It is also wildly impractical, taking over 20 hours in an initial multiplayer playthrough, or 8 hours if you have a lot of people and know what you're doing. I'm having an interesting "issue" with my logistics robots. I have set up localised "mini" assembly areas, with no conveyer belts - only logistic robots.

On the huge map I tested, it turned out that only 36K out of 1M stacks need the Item object. I have idle robots but they won't take the copper from the passive provider chest filled with copper to the requester chest by the rocket silo. Factorio version: 1.0 - 1.1 Downloaded: Logistic spidertrons and provider depots do not have the flashing no logistic network icon Also fixed in version 2.0! I just finished this one (along with Raining Bullets) and I have to say it's made me think that a lot of what I'd used logistics bots before in the past was just a crutch for poor base design. On the other hand, I did have a lot of duplcation.
